Samples of drugs detained or seized in the course of inspection or investigation shall be sent by the inspector to the laboratory, laboratory, hospital, dispensary or clinic for testing or analysis as prescribed and the analyst shall also carry out necessary tests or analysis and send the report to the manager as prescribed.
