(1) If a person wants to obtain a permit for promoting or advertising a drug according to sub-section (2) of section 19 of the Act, he should submit an application to the department in the format as per Schedule-10.< br> (2) On the application received as per sub-rule (1), if the department finds it appropriate to promote and advertise the medicine mentioned in the application, the department shall take the drug promotion or advertisement fee as specified in Schedule-14 for each drug to be promoted or advertised, subject to Section 19 of the Act. - 11 will give permission for promotion or advertisement of medicines.
