(1) If the inspector goes to a place to inspect, investigate or search a place, if any substance other than medicine is found in that place, if the owner of the medicine or his representative cannot tell about the use of the substance found in that place, and the substance If there is a possibility of mixing with medicine, the inspector can order to remove such substance from there immediately.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if the inspector orders the removal of any substance, the drug owner or his representative shall remove that substance.
