Despite what is written elsewhere in this regulation, as per clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 3, the person who wants to get a license cannot submit the documents to be attached with the application. If the application is submitted within a day and if it is found to be reasonable after examining the procedure, the licensing authority may grant the radio device license to the applicant even if there is no such document.
