8. Approval of Containers and Labels

(1) Any person, organization or entity who wants to sell and distribute any pesticide must submit an application to the office in the format prescribed by the committee, including a sample of the container and label attached, for the approval of containers and labels.

(2) If an application is received according to sub-rule (1), the office shall approve the container and the index card after verifying whether the container is in accordance with the standards set by the committee and whether all the things that should be mentioned in the index card have been mentioned.
