Rule 41
If the Ministry approves the grant of concessional forest according to sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Concessional Forest Lease and Dustur
, the Director shall prepare the concessional forest concession in the format as per Schedule-19 and take the annual fee mentioned in Schedule-20 to the applicant along with the lease as per Schedule-21. Confession forest should be provided.
