1) The Commission may take action by adopting the working system under the Special Courts Act, 2059. But such commission will not be allowed to use the authority of clause (e) of section 6 of that Act.
(2) The commission may delegate its internal or administrative functions to any member or employee in writing.
(3) The Commission may make internal rules for the smooth running of its work.
