(1) Section 8A of the Act. According to sub-section (2) of the person who wants to import drugs, if he wants to list the name of the drug manufacturing company, he should attach a copy of the company's registration certificate and the power of attorney of the related company to Schedule-4B1. The application should be submitted to the department in the following format.
(2) After necessary investigation on the application received as per sub-rule (1), if it is found necessary to list the drug manufacturing company to be imported, the department may take the receipt as per Schedule-14 and list such drug manufacturing company as a company to import drugs in Nepal.
