When entering into the contract according to rule 2, the following conditions should also be specified in the contract in addition to other things:-
(a) The person employed by contract shall comply with the conduct to be followed by the civil servant according to the prevailing law,
(b) The Government of Nepal can terminate the contract if the person employed under the contract does not follow the conduct mentioned in clause (a) or if he does not fulfill the responsibilities according to the work assigned to him or if he commits corruption, or if he commits a criminal offense showing moral turpitude or if he consumes equivalent intoxicants during the office, and
(c) If the person employed under the contract acts contrary to the terms of the contract or does other irresponsible work and causes damage to the Government of Nepal, he can pay the damages.
