: Notwithstanding anything else written in this regulation, a member organization may claim the balance of such loan and interest with the Fund before the loan repayment period expires in the following cases:-
(a) If the project is destroyed due to a natural disaster, the fact of such a natural disaster must be verified by the relevant district administration office or local level.
(b) In case of death of the borrower, "(Chap 1) In the case of export loans, if the vehicle transporting such goods has an accident while importing raw materials or while exporting finished goods, g) In case of loans invested with ghito, the borrower has not paid the installment of the loan for six months after the due date and such If the member organization has completed the necessary procedures for loan recovery,
(d) In case, due to misuse of credit by the borrower, the mortgage taken by the member organization cannot be recovered even during the auction sale.
