(1) The government of Nepal and service operating agencies shall assign government service employees to work in accordance with section 11 of the Act, until adjustments are made to the organization structure and positions of the provincial and local levels approved in accordance with Rule 7.

(2) The tenure of service of the employee appointed in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be in the bridge position of the body operating the group. and will get facilities.

(4) When employees are appointed according to this rule, they will be appointed on the basis of section 5 of the Act.

(5) Before the commencement of this rule, the staff assigned at the state and local level according to this rule will be considered assigned.
