23. Arrangements related to staff and budget: (1) The commission will have the required number of staff.
(2) The government of Nepal will provide the necessary staff for the commission.
(3) The Commission may take the services of an expert in the field it deems necessary for a period of time.
(4) Necessary budget for the Commission will be provided by the Government of Nepal.
