The Commission shall appoint the necessary number of Chief Registration Officers, Registration Officers, Assistant Registration Officers, Collectors of Voter Rolls and Chief Election Officers, Election Officers, Assistant Election Officers, Polling Officers, Assistant Polling Officers etc. It may create other positions that are deemed necessary and appoint or assign employees to such positions as needed.
(2) The Commission shall assist the concerned authorities in carrying out the work under sub-section (1) of the Government of Nepal, State Government and local level employees, or employees of institutions owned or controlled by the Government of Nepal or the State Government or run with the grant of the Government of Nepal, or teachers of universities or community schools or Can hire or hire employees.
(3) According to sub-section (1) or (2), teachers or employees involved in the work of election shall be considered employees of the Commission until the work of election is completed.
(4) Employees assigned or engaged in election work shall not be transferred or employed without the approval of the Commission.
(5) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, no employee shall be transferred or appointed without the approval of the Commission during the election period.
