(1) According to section 6, when adjusting employees, it will be done on the basis of the following priorities in the union, state or local level positions corresponding to the service, group and sub-group positions previously employed:-
(a) Seniority of posts,
(b) Union, state or local level chosen by the employee,
(c) Address of current permanent residence and if not, address mentioned in the certificate of citizenship.
(2) When adjusting employees according to sub-section (1), as far as possible based on the employee's choice, husband and wife will be adjusted at the federal, state or local level. However, while adjusting according to sub-section (2), the employee will not be adjusted differently from the basis of adjustment according to sub-section (1).
(3) Other provisions related to the basis of employee adjustment shall be as prescribed.
