(1) The Government of Nepal shall provide the personnel required by the Board at the request of the Board.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the board may provide facilities to the civil servants employed in the work like other employees of the board.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this section, the Board may, as necessary, appoint experts on contract for expert services. Remuneration and benefits of such expert shall be as mentioned in the contract.
