: (1) In order to run the work of the establishment smoothly, the committee may appoint consultants, experts, trainers, officers and assistant staff as needed.
(2) The remuneration, facilities and other conditions of service of the consultants, experts, trainers, officers and assistants appointed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
