7. Arrangements related to staff: (1) The committee will have the required number of staff (2) The employees working in the hospital at the time of commencement of this order shall continue to work in the manner of doing the work of the committee by receiving salary and allowances from the committee after the commencement of this order.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the committee may provide additional facilities to the employees working in the committee from its own resources.
(4) According to sub-section (2), the provision regarding the service, conditions and facilities of the employees of the Government of Nepal working in the committee shall be in accordance with the law regarding their service conditions.
(5) If the staff as per sub-section (2) is not sufficient for the committee, the committee may appoint the necessary staff through open competition after taking the prior approval of the Ministry to cover it from its own resources.
(6) The remuneration, service conditions and facilities of the employees appointed in accordance with sub-section (5) shall be as prescribed.
