(1) The board will have employees as per the requirement.

(2) The Ministry may, at the request of the board, employ any employee of the Government of Nepal to work on the board.

( 3) Remuneration, conditions of service and facilities of the employees of the board shall be as prescribed.

(4) When arranging the conditions of service in accordance with sub-section (3), the employees who have been temporarily serving in the Higher Secondary Education Council for at least one year at the time of commencement of this section. In case, after the commencement of this section, an internal advertisement shall be made for one time to participate in the competitive examination for filling up the permanent post, and if they do not want to participate in such advertisement, the employee who has been in temporary service for at least five years continuously in such council shall be provided with facilities and retired.
