(1) Necessary for conducting the work of the Commission: Necessary staff will be provided by the Government of Nepal.
(2) If the services of an expert are required to assist in the performance of the commission's work, the services of a consultant, expert and employee may also be taken according to the decision of the commission.
(3) The Commission may provide additional facilities to the employees working in the Commission with the consent of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance.
