Section 7
Staff Regulations

(1) The Government of Nepal will provide staff according to the approved posts for the operation and management of the Commission.
(2) When transferring an employee to another office who has acquired expertise in a specialized job or is required to maintain special confidentiality or is in a special responsibility, it should be done in consultation with the Commission.
