(1) The government of Nepal will arrange the necessary personnel for the operation and management of the Commission (2) The Government of Nepal shall take the consent of the Commission when the employees working in the Commission are transferred to other offices. 7 Can hire the services of skilled or expert: (1) The Commission may hire the services of skilled or expert or specialized body for the work it has to perform in accordance with the Constitution, this Act and other prevailing laws.
(2) For the purpose of receiving services as per sub-section (1), the chairman shall nominate or select a skilled or expert or specialized body and for taking such service, the relevant skilled or expert or specialized body shall be given remuneration and facilities as determined by the Commission.
