The work, duties and rights of the welfare officer
The work, duties and rights of the welfare officer will be as follows.
(a) Maintain a harmonious relationship between the manager and the worker and maintain a good relationship with both parties.
(b) If the workers face any difficulty or problem individually or collectively, inform the manager in time and solve the problem.
(c) Motivate and give advice and suggestions to increase the activities of the trade union for the sake of the professional interests of the workers.
(D) To inspire the workers to always be committed to their work and create the necessary environment for it.
(e) If there is a need to develop and expand the tea plantation and to make some changes in the work and duties of the workers, to take an active role in maintaining a healthy and balanced labor relationship by giving advice and suggestions to the manager to make the necessary policy in that regard.
(f) Making the workers aware of the problems encountered in tea plantations and the protection of their rights and interests in simple language.
(G) In order to improve the production process of tea plantations and to adopt any other process, the managers and workers' representatives should be brought together to discuss and consult each other and play a leading role in the decision-making process.
(h) To prevent the creation of an atmosphere of mismatch between the manager and the worker, arrange for reconciliation through the process of mutual consultation and discussion.
(i) To prevent the workers from striking illegally or from obstructing the work of the tea plantation or from treating each other unfairly by the managers and workers.
(j) Even in the case of disputes between managers and workers, adopting a healthy and neutral policy and trying to reconcile the situation in a calm and harmonious environment.
(k) For the convenience and safety of the workers, taking the advice and suggestions of the local office and qualified doctors, conducting their health examination and keeping records thereof, protecting the body from dangerous activities, inspecting the machinery, cleaning the factory and other health and safety measures.Arranging timely arrangements related to.
(l) To give necessary advice and suggestions to the manager regarding giving salary, leave and other facilities to the workers.
(D) To implement the welfare system mentioned in the Act.
(d) Making arrangements for entertainment and sports for the mental and physical fitness of the workers.
(n) Make necessary arrangements for the formation of the Shrak Relation Committee, Production Committee, Welfare Committee, Safety Committee and other committees that are helpful in the operation of the tea plantations by giving incentives to the managers and workers as well.
