Rule 13
Work, Duties and Rights of the Welfare Officer

In addition to the work, duties and rights mentioned elsewhere in the Act and this regulation, the other work, duties and rights of the Welfare Officer shall be as follows:-

(a) Various government and Conducting skill-based training and income generation program for freelance workers by contacting and coordinating with non-governmental organizations, (b) Prepare updated details of freelance workers who have received skill-based training and submit to the Ministry within fifteen days of the end of each financial year.

(c) conducting training programs approved by the Government of Nepal for the promotion of income, business and employment of free-earners,

(d) free-earners who have received loans from the fund to conduct business as per the conditions (e) to recover the loans given to the free workers, (f) to encourage and support the free workers to be organized and operated in accordance with the spirit of cooperatives,

(g) Collecting information related to employment and providing information to free workers through appropriate means.
