It shall be considered as an offense under this Act if the following acts are committed:-
(a) In case of not acting according to the strata land use map and land use plan,
(b) If the land classified in the agricultural sector has been kept barren for three consecutive years, except in cases where a notice has been given to the relevant local level with proper and sufficient reasons for keeping the land barren due to uncontrollable circumstances,
(c) In case of changing the land use area classification except as mentioned in this Act.
