permits, Siemens record books (Siemens Passport) and other documents attached to it with the approval of the Director General within the following period:- (a) During the distribution of personalization (personalization) The passports that have been canceled or have been recommended to stay by the court or other government agencies because the passports that have been prepared by the department have not been received by the concerned person for one year from the date of issue. Annual statement prepared each year,
(b) According to section 26 of the Act, the annual statement of the passport returned to the department by the exporter is prepared and within one year from the date of return according to the decision of the department,
(c) _ After twelve years from the date of issuance of the application for passport or travel permit including the attached documents in the department.
(2) Apart from those mentioned in sub-rule (1), other provisions related to the washing of documents shall be in accordance with the prevailing law.
