(1) The Ministry of Education may wash the application received for the scholarship and the documents attached to it and the documents related to the examination related to the scholarship conducted before the commencement of this rule, according to the prevailing law after one year of establishing the merit order.

(2) Rule 27A for approval by the Ministry of Education. According to the sub-rule (1) of the document submitted by the applicant can be washed after two years according to the prevailing law. But the electronic record of the acceptance letter must be preserved for five years.
