(1) There will be an executive committee to carry out all the work to be done by the order of the Kathmandu Valley Water Supply Management Board to be formed according to section 7.
(2) The committee under sub-section (1) will have the following members:-
(a) Representative (Gazetted First Class), Ministry of Physical Planning and Construction – Member
(b) Heads of Municipalities within Kathmandu Valley – Members (c) ……………………….
(d) Representative, Federation of Commerce and Industry – Member
(e) Representative - member of consumer association organizations working in Kathmandu valley nominated by the committee (f) Representatives of organizations related to water supply or sanitation services within the geographical area of ​​the board nominated by the committee – member
(g) One member nominated by the committee from among experts in the field of drinking water and sanitation services (3) The terms of office of the members of the committee, the election of the chairman, the representation of women in the committee, and the arrangements for the secretary of the committee shall be as written in section 10.
