(1) If any law is declared invalid or void according to the clause (1) of Article 133 of the Constitution by the final order or judgment of the Constitutional Court, the Registrar shall keep a copy of that order or judgment and send the information thereof to the Ministry of Law and Justice.
(2) Upon receipt of the information as per sub-section (1), the Ministry of Law and Justice shall coordinate with the relevant agencies in publishing such laws and cause the changes made by the final order or judgment of the court to be published in the footnotes.
