Subject to prevailing laws related to service conditions, government lawyers can practice law in any organized organization owned by the Government of Nepal without affecting the rights and interests of the Government of Nepal and without hindering the work of their office. To do business, to advocate on behalf of such an organized organization, to be a legal advisor of a local body or to teach, research, investigate and train in an educational or academic institution.
