(1) The council shall determine the course, standard and system of the legal practitioner examination. The course of the legal practitioner examination to be taken in relation to the persons mentioned in clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (1) of section 17 will be determined separately by the council in view of their background of experience.
(2) The council may seek the advice and assistance of the Supreme Court and Faculty of Law, Tribhuvan University in determining the syllabus, standard and system of the legal practitioner examination and conducting the examination.
