(1) At least once a year, the Council shall conduct the Legal Practitioner Examination. Such examination will be taken in written and oral form and the weightage of the oral examination will not exceed ten percent of the total marks.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), the council shall form a legal practitioner examination committee consisting of relevant experts. The council will appoint one of the members of the committee as the chairman.
(3) The examination committee may make necessary arrangements for conducting the examination.
(4) The examination committee shall determine its own procedure.
