(1) The working hours of working journalists shall be as determined by the manager subject to sub-section (2).
(2) The working time of a working journalist shall not exceed forty-eight hours in each week and he shall receive one day of weekly leave alternately in each week.
(3) If a working journalist works more than the time specified in subsection (2), additional facilities shall be provided as specified.
