: (1) When nominating representatives on behalf of the workers in the Labor Relations Committee, if there is an establishment-level trade union in the tea garden, then the trade union should nominate its representatives.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), while nominating the workers to be represented in the labor relations committee, it should be done in such a way that all types of tea plantation workers are represented.
