: As mentioned in the restrictive phrase of sub-section (2) of section 12 of the Act, if the workers or employees appointed earlier have to be reduced, the manager shall make reductions according to the following order:
(a) If the workers or employees appointed earlier are non-Nepali citizens, such non-Nepali citizens should be deducted without deducting the Nepali citizens appointed later.
(b) If the worker or employee is absent for the longest period due to health reasons.
(c) If there is any other necessary reason.
