Rule 6

Regardless of what is written in the existing law, the Attorney General may appoint the head of the department and the position of associate attorney of the Public Prosecutor's Office for a maximum period of six months.
(2) The head of the concerned department may hold the post of second class District Public Prosecutor in the gazette for a maximum period of six months.
(3) The associate attorney of the public prosecutor's office may decide to retain the post of gazetted public prosecutor of the third class in the appeal related to the gazetted employees within their territorial jurisdiction. After making the permanent stay, the information should be given immediately to the Attorney General's office.
(4) Employees of gazetted first class or above may be appointed by the Attorney General, gazetted staff up to second class working in other agencies except the Public Prosecutor's Office, by the head of the department designated by the Attorney General, and employees below the gazetted first class of the Attorney General's Office by the head of the respective department.
(5) The Co-Prosecutor of the Appellate Public Prosecutor's Office may assign gazetted officers within his territorial jurisdiction for a maximum period of one month and gazetted employees for a maximum period of three months in any office within his territorial jurisdiction. If such a job is assigned, the information about it should be given to the Attorney General's office immediately.
