Actions to be reported
If the securities market requests an explanation regarding taking any action against any of its members or suspends or revokes the membership of such a member or imposes any fine on such a member or takes any other action, within seven days of taking such action, the name of the member concerned and the details of the action and The reason for taking action should also be disclosed to the board.
