(1) The court designated as per section 7 and the officer designated as per sub-section (2) of section 6 shall adopt the procedures under the Special Courts Act, 2059 to take action and to establish a court as necessary in case matters and Pakila or a member of the municipality can be kept in Rohwar and made to deed the land according to the prevailing law. However, the designated authority shall not have the right to detain the accused in the context of preliminary proceedings.

(2) The order given by the designated authority under sub-section (2) of section 6 shall be appealed to the designated court.

(3) Sub-section (2) An appeal shall be made to the High Court against the sentence passed by the court prescribed under sub-section (1) of section 6.
