(1) The indexing organization shall not open an account of the following customer or maintain a commercial relationship or conduct business with such customer:-(a) does not provide the documents, details and information necessary to identify and confirm the customer in accordance with this paragraph, or (b) provided in accordance with this paragraph The customer cannot be identified and confirmed based on the documents, details and information. (2) If the situation according to sub-section (1) exists in relation to the existing customer, the reporting organization shall terminate the business relationship with such customer and, if necessary, shall also provide the same information to the financial information unit.
