(1) The indexing organization shall refer to Section 7 of the Act. And customers who do not provide the requested details or documents according to rule 4 or 5 cannot maintain business relations or do business with them.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if the indexing organization is unable to submit the requested documents and details and submits the open documents and details, and if such reason is deemed reasonable, the indexing organization may update the customer's details and establish a business relationship or conduct business.
