Section 80
Transaction will be suspended
(1) As soon as an application is made before the court for compulsory liquidation of a bank or financial institution in accordance with section 78, the National Bank shall order the suspension of all financial transactions of such bank or financial institution. Or the license of the financial institution may be revoked.
