Section 59
Transactions are automatically suspended or canceled

(1) Pursuant to sub-section (1) of section 58, if the court has ordered the initiation of proceedings related to marriage related to the property of a person, after such order, no further action may be taken and if any such action has already been initiated or is in progress but cannot be completed, such action shall automatically be suspended: –
