Section 15
Cargo book
Every Nepalese ship with gross tonnage of 500 tons or more or transporting goods must keep a cargo book as prescribed. In such a cargo book, the details of the goods loaded on the ship, especially the details of the type and quantity of the goods and where and how they were loaded, will also be written.
