(1) The division of work and division of work of the chairman and members shall be as determined by the meeting of the commission.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1): division of work shall be done in consideration of subject matter expertise and experience of the chairman and related members.
(3) Sub-rule: When division of work is carried out according to (1) or (2), the responsibility and authority of the subject, area or work of a member that is not included in the division of work shall belong to the chairman.
(4) In the event that a member is absent, the responsibilities assigned to him shall rest with the chairman or any other member appointed by him.
(5) In the event that a member's position is vacant, the work of the commission will be carried out by the existing member.
(6) If it is necessary to make any manipulation or change in the responsibilities distributed according to sub-rule (1), it should be proposed in the meeting of the commission and decided to be manipulated or replaced.
