(1) Officials of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Defense (Controller of Defense Accounts and Stores) and military bases and subordinate units, units, sub-units, depots , division of duties of department and base officials will be in accordance with the orders and instructions issued by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Defense from time to time.
