(1) The person who has received the permit shall, within three months in the case of survey and within one year in the case of the operation of water resources, start the work physically and give the information to the relevant district water resources committee from the date of obtaining the work permit mentioned in the permit. However, if the person who received the open permit submits an application due to not being able to start the work within the deadline, the relevant district water resources committee may extend the deadline if the reason is deemed reasonable and sufficient.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) after the commencement of the work, every 6 months, the person who has received the permit shall send the progress report of the work to the concerned District Water Resources Committee until the completion of the survey or construction work.
