(1) The work, duties and rights of the Executive Director shall be as follows:-
(A) To implement the decisions of the committee.
(b) To prepare long-term and short-term plan, annual program and budget of the fund and submit it to the committee for approval.
(c) To implement the plans and programs approved by the committee.
(d) Supervising and inspecting the day-to-day operations of the fund and carrying out necessary actions according to the purpose of the fund.
(e) Inspect the plans and programs implemented with the investment of the fund and submit the progress report to the committee.
(f) To prepare the annual and periodical report of the program conducted by the fund and submit it to the committee.
(2) Apart from what is written in sub-section (1), the other duties, duties and rights of the executive director shall be as prescribed.
