Section 7
Duties, Duties and Powers of the Executive Director
The duties, duties and powers of the Executive Director shall be as follows:-
(a) To implement the plan approved by the Committee,
(b) to implement the decisions of the Committee,
(c) To inspect and monitor the operation and management of the special economic zone and submit a report to the committee (d) To conduct the daily administration of the committee, (e) To perform or have other tasks assigned by the committee.
