8. Duties, Duties and Powers of the Executive Director:

The Duties, Duties and Powers of the Executive Director shall be as follows:-
(a) To implement the program approved by the Committee,
(b) To implement the decision of the committee, to make,
(c) Prepare the annual program and budget of the committee and submit it to the committee (d) Coordinating with various agencies regarding the work of the committee (e) Under the direction of the Vice-President, conduct the day-to-day administration, personnel administration and financial administration of the committee (f) To do other work as specified.
