To be appointed to the post of Executive Director, a Master's degree in Economics, Chartered Accountancy or Engineering from a recognized university with at least five years of experience in the relevant field or a Bachelor's degree in any of the above-mentioned subjects. Must have at least seven years of experience in the field.
