7. Executive Director:

(1) The Government of Nepal may appoint an Executive Director to act as the Administrative Head of the Committee.
(2) The term of office of the Executive Director shall be four years at most.
(3) The arrangements regarding the executive director's remuneration, facilities and service conditions shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
